Forest walks, meditation, and healthy eating while staying in the forest help you release stress and revitalize your mind and body.

Namji Gaebi-ri-gil (Changnyeong)

Nakdonggang Namji Gabi-ri-gil, one of Changnyeong’s nine important tourist attractions, is a steep cliff trail along the Nakdonggang River. This short route, which can only be traveled by one person, stretches across tens of meters of cliffs. The gorgeous beauty carved by the Nakdong River can be felt in your heart.
