Seomyeon: City Farm House Cafe DOCO

This cafe is located centrally between Haeundae Beach and Busan Station. Seomyeon is known to be the best downtown in Busan. There are many cafes in that part of the city. However, among the numerous other cafes in Busan, City Farm House Cafe DOCO takes the cake. It is known for its homemade bakery and fresh-roasted coffee powder ingredient. The cafe is located close to a large apartment complex and is very spacious. It is connected to a super-narrow alley right next to the basement garage, but don’t lose your hope to find the treasure kept afar. Once you pass the entrance, you will come across a spacious and cozy garden with four bungalows.

It offers a variety of seating areas both – indoors as well as outdoors. The interior of the cafe is crafted with wood, stone, and rattan furniture. The interior of this cafe is picture-perfect for your social media uploads. When it comes to the menu, you will find tea, coffee, espresso, and delicious bakery option. Their special dish is called tiramisu cake, and you should definitely try that if you plan to visit the cafe. It is highly recommended as breakfast and snacks stop. This cafe is vegan-friendly, and the taste of veganized baked products found here is mesmerizing.

Oncheonjang: Momos Coffee

Momos Coffee started as a tiny takeout spot in 2007, just 13 square meters with a few regulars who would come in for coffee and chat. Back then, the cafe was just focused on the basics. But now, it has grown into a specialty coffee company that represents Busan. Momos Coffee is right next to Oncheonjang Subway Station Exit 2, so it’s super easy to get to for both locals and tourists. The place is huge and has a nice garden and balconies, so it’s a great place to chill out. They even have a roasting room and bakery, so you can smell the fresh coffee and baked goods all day.

Momos Coffee is all about giving you the best coffee ever. They get their beans from the best farms and roast them in special ways. Momos Coffee has a bunch of different drinks to choose from, like pour-over coffee, espresso, and Americano chocolat, so you can find something you love. Momos Coffee made history when its co-founder, Jooyeon Jeon, became the first Korean to win the World Barista Championship in 2019. This achievement solidifies Momos Coffee’s reputation as a top-notch coffee brand worldwide.

Busan National University: Cafe Bugok

The area near Busan University has amazing restaurants and cafes around its membrane. Cafe Bugok found around the University used to be an ordinary house which now has been modeled into one of the standout cafes around Busan.

Their desserts include Black Sesame Cream cheese, Double Chocolate Buttermilk Marshmellow, Victoria Cake which holds the capacity to make your sugar thrust high.

Oncheoncheon Park: Cafe Cheek To Cheek

This cafe possesses a garden/patio aesthetic for your pending Instagram post. Ocheoncheon Cafe Street is located alongside the most beautiful park in Busan called Ocheoncheon Park. The aesthetic of this cafe represents the park. Locals often visit here to submerge in the placid, tranquil, and flowery aroma of the cafe. This place can be a good escape to avoid the hustle and bustle of your busy life and feel the atmosphere, sitting in such a splendid surrounding.

This cafe is run by a florist and a pâtissier. The desserts have lots of fruits and flowers. The interior of the cafe is white with numerous shrubs and flowerpots and plants here and there, giving the entire place look like a unique gallery than a cafe. As you enter, you will witness the whole place decorated with flowers. However, it is not only the interior but also the taste of the creative desserts which attracts the visitors.

Nampo-dong: madame, madame

Busan Tower is a must-see on your first trip to Busan, and if you’re looking for a cozy spot to rest after all that exploring, Madame Madame is the perfect place! Just a stone’s throw away from the park, this cafe is the ideal place to unwind and recharge. It’s one of the best cafes in Busan, and guess what? They have a cat! What more could you possibly want?

This café is tucked away on one of the many exit staircases on the outskirts of Yongdusan Park. Its secluded location made it feel like a charming cottage from a fairy tale or a Ghibli movie. The café’s interior is simply gorgeous and enjoyable. Madame, madame has truly gone all out with the European cottage aesthetic, complete with a decorative kitchen area filled with fake food and dim lighting that creates a romantic ambiance. I think this café transforms into a restaurant at night, but during the day, they serve a variety of delicious soft pretzels and pretzel sandwiches.

Gamcheon Culture Village: Yao Tea Gallery

If you’re looking for a place with a bit more charm in Gamcheon, Yao Tea Gallery is the spot for you. It’s a cozy little tea café that’s a great alternative to just grabbing another coffee. Instead, you can sit down and learn about the art of tea ceremony. The owner speaks English and can explain all about the different teas, and there are even some cool posters on the walls to help you remember. If you share a pot of tea, it only costs 8,000 won per person – that’s a steal, considering how much time the owner takes to teach you about tea ceremony and how to make it.

Haeundae: Cafe Prahran

Following the success of Jeonpo Cafe Street, Cafe Street in Haeundae, also called Haeridan-Gil, has also started getting attention and is coming in the store front eventually. Cafe Prahran features a botanical brunch interior and min-colored exterior. This cafe is mini with only four tables. Their menu includes coffee, tea, desserts, and sandwiches. Their special dish out of the lot is Prahran French toast, served with caramelized banana and seasonal fruits.

Gijang: Waveon Coffee

Waveon Coffee is one of those dream cafes where you can have a look over the ocean view. Gijang is one of the most popular places among the locals. And Waveon Coffee is popular for offering picturesque scenery by the seashore. The interior is minimalist, artsy, and exotic. They also have full-size widow providing the customers with breath-taking views. It is a great place to relax and get the beach feels making it one of the best cafe in Busan.

Haeundae: And Coffee

This inviting café offers a great brunch menu, waffles, and drinks. The warm and cozy interior made it perfect for breakfast. Korean food is known for its unique ingredient combinations, and you can find dishes like egg mayonnaise and strawberry jam sandwiches. If you are visiting in the afternoon, you can enjoy cold beers. Just a short walk from the beachfront, it’s an ideal starting point for a beach day.

Multiple outlets across Busan: Blackup Coffee

With a beautiful interior of brick, stone, and wood, Blackup Coffee rates as one of the best cafe in Busan. It serves excellent hand drip coffee and sample for tasting. The cakes are not too sweet and delicious. Matcha chocolate is one of their most recommended cake. The baristas are downstairs while the seating is upstairs.
