Korean Sutbul Dak Barbecue

Korean Sutbul Dak Barbecue is one of the most famous dishes in Korea, and there’s no better place to experience it than at Korean Sutbul Dak Barbecue. The spicy charcoal-grilled chicken – Sutbul dakgalbi – is said to have started in small makgeolli bars in Chuncheon in the late 1960s as a low-cost meal to consume while drinking. Don’t like the heat? Then go for a portion or two of samgyeopsal, equally delectable.
