The basic plot of the Korean drama “Itaewon Class” on Netflix is that after being expelled from middle school, Park Sae Ro Yi (Park Seo Joon) starts a food business and will stop at nothing until he achieves his dreams. The lead character gets expelled from school for punching a bully, and his father is killed in an accident. He follows his father’s steps and opens a pub named “DanBam” in Itaewon and, along with his manager and staff, strives towards success and reaching greater heights.

Master Seoul (마스터서울)
Located in the hustle and bustle of Gangnam, the lounge bar is always filled with patrons. It was opened in 2019, and it follows the slogan “everyday drinking.”
Jo Yi-seo (Kim Da-mi) comes here for a drink with two acquaintances in episode 4 of Itaewon Class.

The Finest is located on the 3rd floor with a rooftop in Seoul. From the bar, you get an open view of Namsan’s landscape.
The bar where Park Sae Ro Yi and Cho Yi Seo (Kim Da-mi) went for drinks for the first time and when Sae-ro-yi passes out, Yi-seo leans in for a kiss during the shooting of Itaewon Class.

Seokyeong Univ. Main Gate Daeil Foreign Language High School Bus Stop (서경대정문.대일외고 버스 정류장)
It is a bus stop with the number 08-800 that serves Daeil Foreign Language High School and Seokyeong University.
It is at this bus stop that Park Sae-ro-yi (Park Seo-joon) chases after Oh Soo-A (Kwon Na-ra) after hearing from Jo Yi-seo (Kim Da-mi) that it wasn’t Soo-A who reported his pub to the police.

G Guest House (G게스트하우스)
If you’re looking for accommodation options in Itaewon, how about G Guesthouse? It also has a rooftop with a barbeque where guests often eat and drink together!
The guesthouse appears as one of the filming locations, the ‘Bogwang Kosiwon’ (Bogwang Study Room) in Itaewon Class Korean drama at which Jang Geun-soo (Kim Dong-hee) lives. This building was seen in a part where Yi Seo slaps the District Head’s wife.

Noksapyeong Bridge (녹사평육교)
The bridge spot with a stunning view overlooking the roads and the N Seoul Tower often appears on Itaewon Class Korean drama. You’ll find this bridge right outside of Noksapyeong Station.

Undukjib (언덕집 양곱창)
Undukjib is a gopchang (tripe) restaurant which opened in 2018 and is located in Seoul’s neighborhood of Itaewon.
The restaurant appears as the restaurant ‘Danbam’ that Park Sae-ro-yi (Park Seo-joon) opens after seven years of high sea fishing. In the same episode, Oh Soo-a (Kwon Na-ra) passes by this place on her way to work. This is how they meet again for the first time after seven years.

Oriole (오리올)
Oriole is a brunch café and rooftop bar located in Seoul’s neighborhood of Huam at the bottom of the Namsan Mountain.
A definitely familiar place as the new ‘Danbam.’ The restaurant appears as the newly opened restaurant ‘Danbam’ –this time named ‘Honey Night’ as Park Sae-ro-yi (Park Seo-joon) had to move it here from its previous location.

Colline (콜린)
colline is a café located in Seoul’s neighborhood of Seogyo-dong, which makes up parts of Hongdae in the Mapo district.
Jo Yi-seo (Kim Da-mi) and Oh Soo-A (Kwon Na-ra) have a serious talk about Park Sae-ro-yi (Park Seo-joon) at the winter garden of this café.

Seoul Fortress Wall [서울한양도성 서울성곽길 남산(목멱산)구간]
It is a part of the Seoul Fortress Wall or Hanyang City Wall, which can be accessed via Namsan Park. The wall is designated Historic Site No. 10 of South Korea.
Park Sae-ro-yi (Park Seo-joon) and Oh Soo-a (Kwon Na-ra) run into each other by chance and take a walk at this Itaewon Class shooting location. It is at this moment that Sae-ro-yi tells Soo-a why he likes her.
Juyeop-ro [주엽로]
In “Itaewon Class” episode 14, Park Sae-ro-yi drives on Juyeop-ro in Goyang’s Daehwa neighborhood, realizing his feelings for Jo Yi-seo and later when she’s kidnapped. This road, connecting with World Goyang-ro and becoming Hugok-ro near Oma Elementary, is a must-visit filming location for fans.
Bundang Police Station [분당경찰서]
In episode 15 of “Itaewon Class,” Ma Hyun-yi and Oh Soo-A head to Bundang Police Station (disguised as ‘Madong Police Station’) to see the injured Choi Seung-kwon. Outside, Seung-kwon threatens his ex-gang leader, ready to seek revenge if anything happens to the missing Jo Yi-seo. This scene takes place at Bundang Police Station in Seongnam’s Jeongja neighborhood, Bundang District.
JTBC Studio Ilsan [JTBC일산스튜디오]
In episode 14 of “Itaewon Class,” the JTBC Studio Ilsan serves as the filming locations of the headquarters for ‘IC Corporation,’ led by CEO Park Sae-Ro-Yi. Opened on April 4, 2019, this studio is hailed by JTBC as South Korea’s largest entertainment program production facility. It boasts four studios, performer waiting rooms, and broadcasting amenities. Its design, inspired by a ‘Creative Content Factory,’ includes factory chimney-like sculptures and slate paneling. The interior is adorned with works by artists Cody Choi and Lee Won-woo. Located in Goyang’s Janghang area, within the Ilsandong District, it’s a landmark in the Korean entertainment industry.
