Signiel Seoul

The smart hotel is inside the iconic Lotte World Tower. While the tower is a Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) work, the interiors are by Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA). The overall architecture is inspired by traditional Korean aesthetics but it still incorporates smart, futuristic features.

The hotel is one of the popular filming locations of several K-dramas like The King: Eternal Monarch, Record of Youth, and the movie The Point Men.

Each room has a smart control system that can do everything from turning on the lights to adjusting the temperature with just your voice. The hotel’s tech game is on point with a mobile app for all your needs. There are smart mirrors that give you the weather and news, automated curtains and lights that change with the time of day.
