Seoul Airport Limousine Bus is one of the most convenient and cheapest way to get to Seoul from Incheon Airport.

The bus service runs around every 10 minutes and goes from Incheon Airport to districts all over downtown Seoul. With the high frequency and access to many places in Seoul, the Airport Limousine bus is a great way to start your trip to South Korea if your incoming airport is Incheon.

The best part, it is so much more convenient than calling a taxi (which will be expensive) or the AREX airport train (which does not have connectivity to many Seoul districts). The Seoul Incheon Airport Limousine Bus is also comfortable with reclining seats and a lot of space for your luggage. The bus service can drop you off within a few meters of prominent tourist hotels in Seoul, especially in Myeongdong or Gangnam.

Here’s our step-by-step guide to using the Airport Limousine Bus to get from Incheon to Seoul.

If you’re not staying near Seoul Station, Hongik University Station, or Gongdeok Station, the airport limousine bus is probably the best way to get from Incheon International Airport to your accommodation.

Popular airport bus routes

Among the 22 odd routes, some are more popular than others for the airport bus.

  • Bus # 6001 or 6015 – To Myeongdong

Luggage storage in the bus

The bus has some big storage spaces underneath. Some drivers will be happy to help you with your bags, while others will leave you to it. If you’re taking the bus to the airport, don’t worry about your bags. There’ll be friendly luggage staff who’ll happily take them off for you.

If the luggage compartment under the bus is full or your bags aren’t too big, there’s a small luggage rack at the front of the bus. It’s big enough for backpacks and small cases, but not big cases.

Seoul airport limousine bus fares (2025)

A one-way bus from Incheon Airport costs 17,000 KRW for adults and 12,000 KRW for kids as of March 2025. These fares are for the Airport Limousine. For K-Airport Limousine, the fare for adults is 18,000 KRW for adults but for kids it’s the same.

You can purchase the tickets for the bus with a T-Money card, cash, or most credit and debit cards.

It’s best to get a T-money card beforehand or at the airport so you can have easy payment options for anywhere in Korea. T-money card is basically a pre-paid cash card that you can use at convenience stores or in public transport.

Or, you can use bus station ticket machine to buy the limousine bus ticket at the terminal 1 or 2. It accepts cash and cards.
