The Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) and Kakao Mobility have come up with the top 10 destinations in South Korea that you can travel with your dog this spring!
KTO and Kakao Mobility teamed up to create this list of the top 10 pet-friendly places in Korea, all in honor of International Puppy Day (March 23rd)!
The ‘Puppy Travel Map’ and the dog-friendly travel destinations list
The ‘100 Pet Tourism Resources’ chosen by the public corporation and Kakao Navi’s route guidance data from the past year, from February 2024 to January 2025, were used to create the map.

It’s an interactive map where you can select each destination and check out the relevant details. When you visit the platforms, you’ll also see how many people visit each location each day of the week. And the platform also lists out three extra tourist spots nearby that you should definitely check out with your pet! There will be a ‘hashtag’ with the characteristics of each destination that you can use to chart out your plans.
You can check the map on Kakao T, Kakao Navi apps, and the Korea Tourism Organization’s “Every corner of Korea” travel info platform.
