This charming cafe isn’t your ordinary coffee shop. Here, you’ll be greeted by a pack of adorable Samoyed dogs, their fluffy white fur and infectious smiles guaranteed to melt your heart.

Winter Village has become a social media darling, with Instagram influencers and dog lovers flocking to capture precious moments with these playful pups. But the cafe offers more than just photo ops. Imagine sipping your coffee while these gentle giants playfully roam around, or enjoy a light meal surrounded by their fluffy presence. Winter Village provides a relaxing escape from the city’s hustle and bustle, perfect for dog lovers seeking a dose of furry cuteness.

The word cafe is being used here in the broadest sense- you can chill with the dogs without having to purchase even a single drink. Though you will have to pay an entrance fee.

About the cafe

The cafe is quite spacious, with 2 storey building to its name. On the first floor, you can take pictures with the dogs. And on the second floor, you can interact with the dogs under the supervision of caretakers.

While there is no reservation required to visit the cafe, there is an entrance fee of 12,000 wons. After paying the entrance fee, you can stay for as long as you like. And, you don’t have to make any other additional purchase such as drinks to kind of validate your stay.

After paying the entrance fee, you get a bracelet that serves as a cafe entrance and you will have to return it when you leave.

Since there is no reservation, you might have to wait for some time before you get to enter. The cafe is quite spacious but they have a restriction on how many people can enter the cafe at a time.

A few rules for an enjoyable outing here

  • You are not supposed to touch their heads or ears. You can touch their bodies.
  • No hugging the dogs.
  • You can get treats from the cafe caretakers to give to the dogs.
  • While the staff will help gather the dogs for photo, it’s not gonna be picture perfect.
  • Dogs are trained to go away from people when they don’t want to interact. So don’t go and bother them.
