South Korea offers a vibrant mix of indoor and outdoor activities for kids making it a perfect destination for a family trip.

May being the “Family Month” in Korea is the perfect time to get into some indoor and outdoor activities that will make your family vacation trip fun and successful! With Children’s Day on May 5th and Parent’s Day on May 8th, this month is ideal for outdoors and indoors with wonderful weather. And if you’ve planned a trip to South Korea at this time, you are going to have a great time – especially if you’re traveling with kids!

Having said that, the weather doesn’t make up for the perfect family outing. You need to have an itinerary with things and activities that will keep your kids engaged and entertained. Adding attractions that your kids will love is a must do for making the trip success. It is also important to choose the places and activities based on your child’s temperament. If your child loves the outdoors, they will feel restricted in visiting museums. And, on the other hand, if your child is more reserved, going out to an amusement park will not be the best idea as they may not like the crowded places.

To make your trip a success, we have curated a list of top attractions for indoor and outdoor activities in Seoul area! And if your family is a mix of both introverts and extroverts, there are a few attractions that all kids will love – no matter their temperament.
